CHEVAL II / bronze

Philippe Seené discovered sculpture while preparing for art school and later became a teacher. 

Through this technique, he took bronze and terracotta as a means of expression, giving life to his subjects. Contrary to what is commonly thought of sculpture and what it is used to represent. The sculpture that freezes the moment to immortalize it. Philippe Senné, on the other hand, goes against the conventional, he does not freeze time, but suggests it. He wants to encompass the emotion, the reflection, the impulse, which guides the fraction of a second he represents.
