Artiste : VINCENT LEGER *

Vincent Leger is a self-taught painter, born in 1978. A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versailles, he is the manager of the Parisian landscape architecture agency Babylone, which he created in 2003. Coming from a family where painting and music have always been part of his daily life, Vincent chose to learn art and technique by himself through his own codes. Inspired by great figures such as Raphael, Caravaggio, Caillebotte and Hopper, he acquired the rudiments of pastel, watercolour and oil. An independent education and practice that allowed him to develop his own vision of the world in painting, transposing shadows and lights, vibrations and energy, which he transmits through his famous thin clear lines. His portraits with their emotional looks convey a certain reality about the world and reflects a most sincere approach.
